Returns & Exchanges

At mm2shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your mm2shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
